Many students are not populating in our directory.  This means when parents are looking for members of a specific class to invite to a party or arrange a play date, they are unable to see many classmates.  Please check your settings and ensure your student(s) are placed in the correct Grade & Classroom Teacher.

In order to make gifting our Mackay Staff a breeze, we have set up an order form on toolkit where you can gift any or all staff members individual amounts (in increments of $5) and even include an individualized note. To access the form log in to mackayhsa.membershiptoolkit.com > My Account > My Forms/Registrations. (This is 100% optional!)

Staff members will use their amounts to purchase gift cards of their choosing, through our fundraising site Raise Right. They will be given the names of those who contributed along with any notes provided. Your amounts will remain confidential!

Mackay Student Council is collecting NEW items for veterans.  Body wash, shaving cream, wrapped candy, etc.  Please bring your items in before November 11th.

We will have our first Chat and Chew with Chizzik on Tuesday, Nov 19th at 8:45am (right after drop off) in the Mackay Library. Light snacks will be served. 

Thursday, November 21st at 1:30pm on the TMS track.  All students will run the track and parents are encouraged to come and cheer them on...or run along side.

*Turkey collection will be on Friday, November 22nd 8-9am at the Mackay Circle drop off.  

We are starting to plan a Tricky Tray for March. If you would like to join the committee to help plan, organize, promote, etc this event please sign up HERE. You can also send an email to mackaytrickytray@gmail.com

This year we will be holding a holiday gift sale for students to shop for family and friends.  We are looking for a few volunteers to create a committee to coordinate with the vendor, count inventory, and volunteer to help the student shop (similar the the book fair).  If you are interesting in helping, please email mackayhsa@gmail.com

Every Friday, after school, under the pavilion.  Sales to benefit the 5th grade promotion committee.

*5th grade is also collecting stationary to sell along side of their snacks.  Donations can be put in a box near the office.

HSA Dues are collected 1 per family in the amount of $50.  These funds are used to support school wide initiatives.  (Assemblies, field trips, author's day, International Week, and so much more.)
