In order to make gifting our Mackay Staff a breeze, we have set up an order form on toolkit where you can gift any or all staff members individual amounts (in increments of $5) and even include an individualized note. To access the form log in to mackayhsa.membershiptoolkit.com > My Account > My Forms/Registrations. (This is 100% optional!)

Staff members will use their amounts to purchase gift cards of their choosing, through our fundraising site Raise Right. They will be given the names of those who contributed along with any notes provided. Your amounts will remain confidential!

Do you need PHYSICAL or E-GIFT cards for the end of the year? Graduations? Birthday Gifts? Just Because? Shop over 500 companies for e-gift cards and physical gift cards through Raise Right, and Mackay HSA will benefit. Join us tomorow, December 3rd at 7:00pm in the Mackay Library.  There are a lot of fun and exciting things to hear about.

Students will be shopping this Thursday and Friday, during the school day. Friday, the sale will be open for parents or last minute shoppers from dismissal until 1:30pm. Students will be sent home with money envelopes and a list of suggested family members to purchase gifts for. This sale is CASH ONLY!

This will be in place of our winter book fair.   We are looking for volunteers to help students shop. Sign up HERE if you are able.

We are starting to plan a Tricky Tray for March. We are gathering items to be raffled off as part of this event.

Do you have a vacation home or timeshare with a week to donate? Do you work for a company willing to donate product? (TV, gift certificates, services, etc). Do you frequent a restaurant, gym, kid’s after school club, that may be willing to donate?

If you haven't been contacted by the 5th Grade Promotion Committee about this year's events, fundraisers, and collections, please email promotionmackay@gmail.com

*They are currently collecting $125 per 5th grader to offset the promotion events, gifts, etc.

Every Friday, after school, under the pavilion.  Sales to benefit the 5th grade promotion committee.

*5th grade is also collecting stationary to sell along side of their snacks.  Donations can be put in a box near the office.

HSA Dues are collected 1 per family in the amount of $50.  These funds are used to support school wide initiatives.  (Assemblies, field trips, author's day, International Week, and so much more.)
